This advanced petrol brush cutter employs four-cycle engine technology to provide a low emission alternative to standard 2-stroke petrol brushcutters. The MTD 990 4-stoke Brush-cutter has a powerful 29cc engine making it ideal both for mowing overgrown grass - particularly useful for those areas that are inaccessible to your lawnmower - & for tackling weeds & overgrowth around your borders. It is fitted with a spring-assisted Automatic Starting System for quick, effortless starts every time & requires just the lightest of touches to pull the starter cord. Supplied with shoulder harness for added comfort, this straight-shaft petrol brushcutter comes with double handles for a more relaxed operating position & is supplied with both 20 centimetres metal blade & a nylon line-head which cuts a wide 46 centimetres swathe. The nylon line used is 2.4 millimetres in diameter ensuring less breakages during use. This versatile 4-stroke brushcutter from MTD will run smoothly at any angle & has a good sized 0.41 litre fuel tank for fewer stops to refuel.
